Event Confirmation #’s

  • The entire studio balance must be paid in full to begin processing your order.

  • Please allow between 4-6 weeks for your studio's order to be processed.

Late Fee Policy

  • Full refund 120 days prior to event.

  • Late fees applied 90 days prior to event.

  • No refunds after Final Payment Deadline.

  • No late orders accepted.

Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellations must be received in writing.

+ How Do I Pay for My Performer and Guest passes?

A: Visit https://dancethedreams.com/. If you are already registered with us, you may log into your account and purchase your Dance the Dream™ - Disneyland® Park and Performer and Guest passes along with any Dance the Dream™ Swag. Ticket prices are hidden until you log in. As a wholesale customer, you will receive 50% off on any swag so that you may give or resell it to your dancers. Note: due to the high ticket value, payments must be made via Wire Transfer. Details are provided upon checkout.Who should I invite to Dance the Dream? Everyone! Dance the Dream choreography is accessible to dancers at all levels of experience.

+ How Do I Order My Costumes and Chaperone T-shirts?

A: Visit https://dancethedreams.com/ once your studio has been assigned a costume color by Dance the Dream. Place one order for your costumes, tights and chaperone t-shirts. For the November, 2023 event, the costume and tights are included in the price of your admission tickets, so you will not owe anything except for the chaperone t-shirts and the shipping. In order to avoid paying extra shipping charges, order all of your costumes and tights and staff t-shirts in one order if possible. Canadian studios may be subject to tax and duty.*

+ Are there any minimum age requirements for dancers?

Parade dancer participants must be 7 by the event date in order to perform at Disneyland® Park. This is a Disneyland® Resort policy and we are unable to make any exceptions.

+ How many dancers do I need to have in order to participate?

However many you have! We want everyone, even the smallest studio, to be able to participate in Dance the Dream™. We know how special an event like this can be in a young dancer’s life. We don’t want to exclude anyone based on the number of participants they are able to bring. However, studios must have a minimum of 10 Dancers to be eligible to receive studio incentives.*

+ How many chaperones am I required to bring?

Studios are required to bring 1 chaperone for every 10 participating dancers.

+ Will dancers have time to play in the Disneyland® Parks?

Absolutely! This is just one of the ways Dance the Dream™ distinguishes itself from other experiences. We know that a trip to the Happiest Place on Earth® may be a once-in-a-lifetime experience for some dancers and their families. We pride ourselves on running efficient rehearsals and transitions to create the most time possible for families to spend making memories.

+ What type of shoes are required for the parade performance?

Female dancers must purchase the all white Keds canvas sneaker (tie version - not slip-on). Male dancers may purchase any all black sneaker with no visible logo.

+ When will we receive our choreography so we can begin our rehearsals?

Registered studios will receive their choreography at least 12 weeks prior to our parade event date. You will be asked to submit a video of your dancers performing two full loops of the parade choreography.

+ When will we receive our actual parade timeline?

Disneyland® Resort will release our parade time approximately 10 days prior to our performance. At that time a specific timeline for check in, check out and parade details will be released to you.

+ What happens if it rains?

It never rains in California! We will do our best to delay the parade and we will perform in light rain. However, in the case of severe weather the parade will be cancelled. If we are forced to cancel due to weather there are no refunds.

+ Can I use my Disneyland® Resort Magic Key?

All parade dancers must purchase a Performer Package. This ticket includes access to dress rehearsal, Magical Morning Treats and backstage access in the Disneyland® Park. However, your guests may use their Magic Key Pass.

+ We understand park reservations are required in addition to our ticket purchases. Will we have to make our own park reservations?

We will take care of that for you! All dancer packages and guest tickets purchased through Dance the Dream™ will automatically receive pre-arranged park pass reservations with their ticket. You will not be able to change the reservation attached to the tickets.
